Craft Fair Date

9:00am-2:00pm

Cambria-Friesland School

 

We charge by the space and not the table so that we may allow you to use displays and other items around your area. Most vendors have their own tables. The tables that we have are various sizes and we are limited to the amount of tables we have. We will try to provide tables for your convenience if needed. Set up will be 7:00am – 8:30am and you must remain open until 2:00pm. Unloading will be at the big double doors near the center of the school building. If you have any questions regarding unloading or location of the school please feel free to contact me.

            

(   ) I will need a 10’x 10’ ($20.00) space

(   ) I will need 2 10’x 10’ spaces for ($30.00) Spaces will be next to each other

 

Tables are limited so please provide your own if you are able.

Each vendor must provide a door prize for our door prize drawings throughout the day.

Please return this form with your registration fee payment. Telephone registrations will be accepted but payment must be received within 7 days of reservation or your reservation will be canceled. You must reserve your space by December 1st. Once I receive your registration form and fee I will mail you a map of the gym you will be in along with your vendor number.
