What is the YES of Cambria / Friesland ? Youth Embracing Success
The YES center is a fun safe place for youth ages 9-18 to get homework done, hang out and relax, join structured activities, or simply contact with other youth or caring adults. We are located above the Cambria Library at 109 Edgewater Street in Cambria. You may find us by proceeding up the stairs and down the hall. We are located in the old Boy Scouts Meeting Room.
Hours: During the school year the YES Center will be open Monday— Saturday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Our summer hours are Monday—Saturday 9:30 am to 1:00 PM.
Volunteers Needed : If you have a talent, interest or hobby you are willing to share with our youth ages 9-18. the YES Center of Cambria is looking for you. We need many people who are willing to share their hobbies with our youth. Other ways oyu could help include being on the advisory board, supervising kids, assisting with computer projects, providing arts and crafts or materials, assisting with snack time or providing snacks. We hope you can help!
